We do not intend to publish owner contact details, internal notes, commissions, identity documents or a private address that has not been approved for publication.

If you provide listing content, you confirm that you are authorised to provide it and permit us to use it for the agreed listing and related services. Please tell us promptly if listing information should be corrected, restricted or removed. Removal from the public website may not immediately remove copies already stored in routine backups, search engine caches or third-party records outside our control.

• property owners, landlords, sellers, buyers, tenants, prospective counterparties and their authorised representatives;
• our staff, contractors and agents who need the information to perform their duties;
